Everybody knows Capoeira, it’s a Martial Art that has its origins in Africa, but was developed and spread to the world by Brazil! Capoeira is by far the most beautiful Martial Art, but it’s also useless for Mixed Martial Arts… NOT! This video is for the ones who question the effectiveness of Capoeira! If Lyoto Machida found a way to use his Karate in MMA I’m pretty sure Capoeira can also be used effectively in the sport, specially if you consider it’s unorthodox style of striking! im 17 years old, i weigh 150 and am about 5′10 so a bit on the fluffy side, i want to lose fat weight and gain muscle, what should i take, im taking whey rite now for that past 2 weeks and have lost 5 pounds and also i work out 5 times a week, i would never take anything that are harmful but i want changes in fat weight quick

Your diet is very important. Eat high protein meals, low carbs. You can add some Whey protein shake in your daily food (take it post workout) And do some cardio. Do it after lifting weights.

I mean eating many fruits and veggies, while drinking plenty of water. I don’t want to spend any money on those fancy shakes and supplements.
I really, really want to rid my body of harmful toxins. I know there is no "silver bullet". What is the best way? Any info would be great!!

lots and lots of fiber. Like whole grains and stuff. try different beans and a macrobiotic diet is good for that too.

A WORD FROM CHRIS

This little teaser was shot in about an hour inside my dank, dark and decrepit basement deep with in the hallows of Jersey City. My actor, Kevin Kreider who played Ryu is actually a 6′1 model who had to do jump kicks under a 6′4 high basement ceiling. It was an interesting shoot. My budget was $70.00 which was spent on buying the karate gi, the kick boxer gloves and black belt which is unfortunately sold separately.

The Hadouken effect was done by a good friend of mine named Ralph Henriquez. He is a very talented animator based out of the Bronx who does little favors for me like this on a whim. I am quite grateful.

The purpose of this teaser was to demonstrate that with a little creativity, a few dollars in your pocket and the right look, anyone can make an accurate Street Fighter film. As we all know how well received the last two films where, I felt it necessary to try and show up my Hollywood counter parts in a way I knew they have yet to try. Source material- paying tribute to it is the most important thing when adapting a comic book, video game or intellectual property that isn’t 100% your own. If you fail to keep what made the characters memorable in the first place, a constant theme throughout your adaptation, you fail period.

Also, let it be known I am actively pursuing the rights to Street Fighter as well as Final Fight. So if you’re a true fan of these games and want to see some justice done for them, pass this trailer on.
