When can I move my fish into there new tank?!?

I have a fluval edge that has been running for 3 days now . I have dechlorinated the water and added the bacteria supplement/filter start liquid. I have also added the bio media from my other fluval edge that has been running for 1 year to speed up the cycle. When can I add some fish as I need to get rid of the tank that the fish are in now? The fish are 2 neons , 1 Siamese fighter and 2 amano shrimp !

So you didn’t cycle the tank first..
I believe the Fluval Edge tank is only 6 gallons.
Neon tetras should be in groups of 6-10 and require a 20 gallon tank minimum.
Please return your fish until you have cycled your aquarium, please see links below..

What is the best supplement for MMA fighters on the market today?

I am starting to do MMA and I am looking for the best supplement available to help me improve my ability to train hard and not get over trained and tired.

I was thinking that I would try a preworkout supplement and that this would help me improve my energy levels and have better workouts.

I decided to buy a preworkout supplement made specifically for MMA fighters called Ninja and it is made by a company called Z-Elite Nutrition.

Is this the best preworkout supplement for a fighter? Is seems to be the only preworkout that is designed specifically for mma fighters.

What do you guys think? Is this a good choice?
