AWESOME NAME FOR A PITBULL DOG?
I’m a pitbull activist, and hate dog fighting, so don’t even bring it up. I raise my pitbulls very well, i don’t give it supplements, cut off its ears, or do anything sick dog fighters would do. Pitbulls are wonderful creatures who are just as loyal as any other dog, they are simple misjudged because of the media. That being said…what a good name? Its sounds weird but he’s a really laid back blue nose pitbull so I wanna give him some type of hippy chill name. Like Marley or something? any suggestions.

i love American pit bull terriers as well. i was born owning one basically. i wouldn’t agree with you that cropping ears is all that bad though. i am a very responsible owner some of my dogs had cropped ears some didn’t currently i own one his ears aren’t cropped but i think its usually about personal preference i like the look on the breed. battle crops are the crops that scream fighter to me i like fancy show crops.
i don’t know what your getting at but i hope your only using blue nose as a helper to pick names not suggesting a blue nose is any different from any other american pit bull terrier.
it would be better if you had pics of your dog. i new someone who’s american pit bull terrier was a blue brindle color he named him blue rain he was a very nice example of the breed.
what about hazy or rain or rain man?
p.s very nice comment about sarah palin! i dont get where she was trying to go i think soccer moms are pretty damb scary if you ask me one of my foster parents was a soccer mom when i lived with her i was pretty much miserable! i think sarah only said that for like a shock factor or something i dont really know though.

If you thinking Bob Marley — then why not Ziggy after Bob’s son?
Or Marley, or Jamin’ or Jam, or Rasta — very hippy……

Totally agree – I am also an outspoken supported of Staffordshire Bull terriers too and a former Rottweiler owner (biggest softies on the planet).
Rotties were a Roman dog so I picked a Latin name for mine … Dante
How about a classic American name for your boy … Scout or Atticus or something else from literature.
Have fun choosing and your dog will love you whatever (I think…?!)

Good on you! pitt bulls are so fricken beautiful! my boy is called Trippa, as in Road Trippa, coz we saved him from horrible conditions in South Oz and drove home to perth with him!
