extremely low level flying in fighter jets

Mirage F1’s, French …
Mirage F1’s, French fighters. About 40 years old design (the basic design less the wings is even fire years older).
The Mirage F.1 was a very efficient fighter and strike fighter – about comparable with a F-16, just one generation older.

This is not US, because our govt would never allow such video (except in a boring official release). Plus they look like Migs. Do they experience additional turbulence from ground effect? I love the curl on the water, when the jet pitches up toward the end, and the inertially-stabilized and target-tracking video/FLIR. Awesome.

That music is gay. TFR (Terrain Following Radar) coupled to the autopilot is how this was flown. This was NOT hand flown.
