What is a good training/cutting diet?

am a 15 year old girl. Currently at about 114lbs and 5′2". I need to cut to 103lbs for my wrestling team.

I train in Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu 6 days a week, for anywhere from 1-3 hours per session. I have freestyle wrestling practice 2 times a week for 1 1/2 hours.

I need to cut this weight, not just to fight better, but I just have a little extra to loose too.

I want to be able to prepare whatever it is I’m eating pretty quickly, and don’t want diet pills or supplements.

Please help. Any advice, especially from other fighters would be really appreciated!

Thanks!!!!
