Help with Diet?

Hey, I’m starting up a diet Tuesday when i renew my gym membership and Im fine on the exercise part Just need help on the diet part.

What im looking for in the diet is not really to gain muscle mass, im looking to just tone down and slim up. I actually need to get as flexible as I can, because here shortly I plan to start training for MMA, im not interested in gaining muscle on top of muscle I just need to slim down and get my body fat % low

also are there any supplements or pills I should be taking?

you can ge all the supplements you need from food if you eat healthy but if you wold like to include supplements you can try one a day for men/women. If eating health is your first choice then egg whites chicken breast salmon fish and shrimp are some high protien sources and veggies like broccoli spinach salads and beans are some top of the list vegetables. nuts low fat milk cheese olive oil low fat low salt popcorn and corn chips are a few snacks that you can have in moderation at lest 1 serving a day.
