how should i live my life?

i was originally 250 and now 191. the hard thing is im not sure if i should build muscle (a UFC build) and start taking protein supplements like whey protein. im 14 and 5′10′. i want to live a long life but im not sure if bodybuilding will lessen my life span.

my hardest decision is if i should start taking extra protein and start muscle buillding. i currently train im kung fu and MMA.

please dont tell me i should be worried about education because i already have all that handled.

with the exception of injury lifting and protein and even creatine can only extend your lifespan so lift away.

    You should do the muscle building, you’ll be gaining muscle and getting rid of a lot of fat!!

    hi, well what is your dilema here? taking protein supplments and working out is not going to take anything away from your life span…..

    the only things that will take away from your life span are steroids, excess alcohal, smoking..

    Working out will only strain your joints, ligaments, etc.. u can take a supplment to offset that type of damage

    do all the training u want.. will not hurt you…. just no drugs.. but supplments like whey and creatine are nothing really..
