		<description>hi, well what is your dilema here? taking protein supplments and working out is not going to take anything away from your life span.....

the only things that will take away from your life span are steroids, excess alcohal, smoking..

Working out will only strain your joints, ligaments, etc.. u can take a supplment to offset that type of damage

do all the training u want.. will not hurt you.... just no drugs.. but supplments like whey and creatine are nothing really..
