What would change for UFC if co promote with M1???
Everyone co pormoted, i mean… PRIDE, Aflliction, Strikeforce, Bodog, Dream etc… Why UFC is so stupid. Its like Don Frye said:

there is no easy fights at this lvl,, werdum is a highly respected grappler that won hes weight class in adcc 2009..
Arlovski ranked nr 2 at the time fedor beat him, josh barnett ranked nr 2 when fedor was supose to meat him,, fedor fight anybody they put infront of him..
but i agree it would be more fun se him fight overeem for the title than werdum,, i mean give fedor a titleshot like he havnt earned it alredy..

What i don’t get is …
What i don’t get is when you and others are tripping about Fedor not fighting UFC fighters like Brock, Mir, and other heavy weights. If they’re so good and want to prove they’re better than Fedor than let them sign a contract with Strikeforce for at least one fight with Fedor and prove everyone that Fedor sucks. He already beat former UFC champions like Tim Silvia, Arlovsky, Cro Cop, Noguera…so what other proof do you need. How about Brett Rogers??

The whole reason is pretty much copromotion. Fedor went w/ SF because they agreed to copromote with M-1.
But really, why would a company as big as the UFC want to share half their profits with M-1. They actually went out of business before ever putting on a fight. Their whole business now is pretty much just sponsoring people and t-shirts. Dana caved on a lot of stuff, he really wanted Fedor in the UFC. But Fedor didn’t want to face the other top guys if they wouldnt copromote w/ his company

There could be reason to what you say I wouldn’t doubt you on that, i guess Dana changed the rules cuz when I read about it on mmaweekly a while ago thats what they said, that was long ago and i wont lie and say that i followed up after that, still i think there are things that have not been exposed to us fans that is keeping this deal from happening, that is for sure.

Get your facts straight dude. There are videos, on Youtube, that show Dana talking on the phone about Fedor’s deal. He allowed Fedor to compete in as much Sambo as he wanted, be sponsored by M-1, and get paid a ridiculous amout of $. The reason Fedor didn’t sign is because his dumb managers thought the UFC would want to share half their profits with them…in exchange for ONE fighter…

What are you talking about, the reason why he didn’t sign with the UFC was because Dana “the biggest in the world” White didn’t want him competing on tournaments and if you know anything about Fedor he is a sambo world champion even b4 he started mma so shut up and think before you speak.

God I would love it if fedor and bas faced off if they were both in their prime. I know alot of people are going to side with fedor, but I believe that bas has a pretty good chance. And just to clear it up, I’m referring to the bas that knew the ground game.
