    It would be …
    It would be criminal to not let or force Werdum to fight Overeem. Let Fedor rot or fight someone else (I don’t know who…loser of Overeem vs Werdum???). Then resign him for half the price, I doubt the UFC will offer him anywhere near the amount offered previously, since Fedor’s stock has fallen. Carwin = #1 HW in the world.

  2. charronfamilyconnect Says:

    @devrobbiz I …
    @devrobbiz I honestly couldn’t give you a straight up answer on that cause as far as I am concerned Fedor hasn’t proven much since the days of Pride. There are at least 5 HW who I think could whoop him right now. So the best ranking I would give him is perhaps #6 but since he hasn’t fought any of the top 5 lately, I think it’s not fair to rank him so high without proving himself. Yes, He proved himself years ago but I wish people like dolive would be more current and stop this idolizing crap!

  3. devrobbiz Says:

    @ …
    @charronfamilyconnect very well said and I fully agree. Where do you think Fedor ranks now in the HW division? I’m curious and would like someone with common sense to actually give there opinion (PM me if you think you’ll get ripped up for your answer).

  4. charronfamilyconnect Says:

    @icemanlonewolf …
    @icemanlonewolf bottom top ten perhaps, but if you are the current declared best then why start at the bottom of the top 10. There is a world of difference between being raked number 7 than 2 or 3. Besides those rankings your referring to our very arbitrary like the ranking system in Boxing. Ranking should be based on the quality of opponents you have face recently. Based on that Fedor doesn’t deserve #1 ranking.

    @dogudogu Putting …
    @dogudogu Putting all minor excuses aside(like the one you just pulled out of a donkeys ass), I will make an excuse for Fedor’s loss and there is no better one: He lost because he underestimated his opponent. Why, Because he has fought a lucklustre bunch of opponents in the last 5 years. If you want to keep your sword sharp you need good opponents cause when you face a good one you can get cut up.

    GSP has Serra, …
    GSP has Serra, Silva has Chonan, and now Fedor has Werdum. Just reminders of why we are all mma fans… because in any fight, ANYTHING can happen.

  7. GLUVSR4EVER Says:

    @Loomr dude he …
    @Loomr dude he didnt get cought he lost fair and square, i am a huge fedor fan and i really admire the guy. But if we can say he lost fair and square all you queer brock lessnor fans can also admit brock lost fair and square to frank mir the first time. Its like all you noobies who call k.o’s luck, be reall its fighting everything and anything goes theres no luck thats what they train for.

  8. freejumptraining Says:

    The knockdown …
    The knockdown wasn’t that hard, looked more like a stumble. Fedor prematurely jumped on it like he was gonna finish the hit with hammer punches. In reality both fighter were still extremely fresh and Fedor was being careless. He’s still the greatest but he got caught on a mistake.

  9. Loomr Says:

    Well right now you …
    Well right now you fedor fans can still say that “he got caught” but i’d say we are going to see him dominated before it’s all over. If he sticks around for a year or two and fights the current/future top 10 actively… not sure that it will happen actually. We might see him just rematch werdum and retire.

    In a way it could …
    In a way it could be like a burden he had taken off his chest. “The one who doesnt fall doesnt stand up” Whenever there is expectation its like a setup for disappointment. Fedor will bring back some more later don’t nobody worry cause I’m sure he isn’t.
    Its only a big deal if your a size queen looking for the next biggest dildo.

    @ …
    @charronfamilyconnect Fedor’s last 4 opponents were ranked in the top 10 at the time Fedor fought them (with the exception of maybe Rogers who was not on everyone’s top 10 lists).

    There’s a war on Sherdog right now actually lol. I think the more intelligent doubters are being respected with sensible debate but the “BROCK ROOLS” crowd are ignored for the most part.

    So I say ” GET RID …
    So I say ” GET RID OF THE CAGE, AND BRING THE RING BACK TO MMA”…just as it was in PRIDE.

  21. dogudogu Says:

    Is ring a better …
    Is ring a better place for Fedor, or MMA fighters in general than cage? Answer is yes. If you take a close look at the moment when Werdum put his legs around Fedor’s head, it was right when Fedor was escaping from it but hit the cage and lost his momentum. In this very moment, Werdum was able to put his legs around Fedor’s head and did triangle choke. Would the outcome be different if they were fighting in the ring? Yes since ring does ‘not’ limit the fighter’s movement.

    “He is such a dick sucker and shows a great respect for his own fighters”

    I hate Worldtravelersman……he sucks!

  23. charronfamilyconnect Says:

    Problem is straight …
    Problem is straight up that Fedor hasn’t been fighting good quality opponents and because of this he has lost his sharpness. That is 100% truth. So doliveij How do you reply to that??? I bet you have no reply or answer to this. Stop making excuses for washed up Fedor. Its Fedor’s falt that his sort is now dull. Thats what happens when you fight opponents.

  24. charronfamilyconnect Says:

    the biggest mistake …
    the biggest mistake that Fedor made was fight someone who is finally a challenge and because he has been fighting a bunch of tomato cans lately he underestimated his opponent. Its about time Fedor fights in the UFC with the big guys in the big league if he ever wants to be considered the current best. I think he would get whooped in UFC.
