What is the best way to cut weight without supplements.?
I am trying to start training to become an MMA fighter. I want to drop to 205lbs. I was weighing 337lbs. two months ago and I dropped down to 280lbs. and I am stuck here at 280lbs. I am still doing the same thing that I was doing to get here but I can’t lose anymore weight.
Diet: I’m training for MMA at 155lbs, but I have to gain weight to get there. I used to be 170 but lost 20 pounds really quick by limiting my calories. I don’t know how much you eat but I’d say for 205lbs keep it to 3000 calories a day. I only eat 1000 calories a day, plus 500 the day before any fight.
