What may be preventing me from losing more weight?

Im active every day whether it’s my kickboxing, mma, Brazilian jiujitsu classes, or playing Bball and skateboarding I can’t seem to lose anymore weight after reaching 215 from almost 255 I’d like to lose atleast 20-25 more pounds but nothings working and it’s pissing me off..

Will Weight loss supplements help get me there without killing me at training?

    cut down on all sugars!!!!! small 5meals a day high protien mid carbs drink at least one gallon of water a day any more questions let me know

    eat smoothies, fruits, veggies, beans, cut out meat if you can stand it and cut back on sugars…are you over weight or? you might be at a healthy weight already and are just gaining more muscle mass

    Dont touch any garbage supplements. Firstly, make sure your not over eating any carbs after 12 noon, thats part of pat militech’s fighter diet. Next try eating 6 square meals a day with snacks to keeo your metabolism going. Finally continue your training and check for results. IF you see that you not loosing weight from FAT then ask again, but if your already in good shape and not losing any weight then consider being happy at were you are because our frames are all different and some people are naturally heavy but not necessarily fat
