Bodybuilding supplements and tips
Going over some of the supplements I take, and giving my opinion on them and some tips.
*Update*
I am a personal trainer, I have plenty of certifications to prove it, and I have been bodybuilding for years…If you are ignorant enough to try to argue with me on the fact that you can lose bodyfat and gain muscle at the same time, do your research online before posting on this video. There are two exceptions to this rule, if your on steroids, or if you just started working out for the first time in your life, for everyone else, it is impossible.

Thanks. Just trying to help… believe what you want. Do your own research on it. I got my info from people in the supplement industry and 90% of the products out there are practically placebos. All you need is Whey Isolate, Creatine Mono, fish oil, and a multivitamin (vitamins only work with good diets, they only augment the absorption of the vitamins your are already ingesting via food).

Casein is waste …
Casein is waste protein that some genius decided to make money off of as a whey by-product.. It fills your gut with goop and is difficult on your digestive system (your body won’t melt away). Ditch the Casein and buy yourself better whey protein in the form of an isolate. That Whey concentrate you have is filled with cholesterol and other fat and absorbs slower than an isolate. Muscle milk is junk too. You better be eating perfect or else the vitamins you are buying are worthless. Gatorade?!

supplements alone …
supplements alone do not get you big. supps are an ADDITION to a good diet. you need to be in a calorie surplus to gain, no matter what. all you need supplement wise is whey protein, creatine mono, fish oil, multi, and maybe a BCAA product to prevent muscle protein breakdown during workouts. other than that you have to eat to gain.

Heey man, alright i have a question im 17. im like one of those skinny but really tall guys i workout everyday and im jus starting to use protein and all that stuff. I just finished a botttle of syntha 6 and all it did was made me cut i want to get big and bulk up so what should i do,

all amino acids are …
all amino acids are important, but leucine is like the hgh of amino acids. it really helps with building mass.
i agree with muscle milk, much higher fat content. muscle milk light is better.
personally i use syntha-6 & optimum nutrition whey.
