How do you make your body toner? any supplements?

I want a more toner body, I met up with my personal trainer. But I was wondering if there isn’t supplements to make your body more leaner?

If you want to tone protein maybe. Creatine will give you water weight (3-6 lbs) so it will make you more bloated. For toning you just really need a reasonable diet. There is a lot of stuff out there. But you have to be careful because there are some tricky side effects especially for women.

    Well I would recommend you not to use supplements until you’ve been working out for quite sometime. Protein and creatine supplements would be best. I’m thinking about Hydroxycut but I don’t know much about it.
