Yes, of course you can.

Think back to the days of the gladiators. They were huge and powerful. You think they took any supplements? :-)

People have been building superb physiques for centuries on a diet of eggs, steak and milk. All you need is a good healthy diet that is high in protein and hard training. And patience of course. You don’t build muscle overnight.

Finally, you absolutely MUST have a caloric surplus to gain weight. No way around this.

    Yes.
    Eat 6 meals a day, 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% good fats.
    Drink plenty of water.
    Hit the gym, one muscle group per per day. 6-8 reps, 3 sets of around 8 exercises.
    Do the above and then e-mail me and I’ll tell you where to go from there.

    eat at least 1 grm of protien per pound of lean muscle mass.. eat chicken, lean meat, egg whites, fish (tuna fish is real good) have a good lift program and get plenty of rest between workouts

    Building muscles is a long procedure and one should be patient for the results. For the first week you feel like you will bluff or something, the second week you realises the reality. the third week you want to see the result and fourth you leave the gym. If r of the same types drop the idea. Or follow this:
    1. Join gym. Start working out. If you want to get lean and effective muscles. multigyming will be suitable for you. Do it for three weeks or so.
    2. Then you can start working out individual muscles per day. Do 5 different exercises of 8-10 repitions each. With the that is 75-80% of your capacity.
    3. Take 4-6 Egg whites daily. You can increase that to 8-10 eggs, wen u feel comfortable.
    4. Milk should be must. You can drink Banana shake as it will add bulk to your muscles. 3 shakes a day will give better results.
    5. Include abs exercises in ur exercise regime so you dont add bulk to ur belly.
    6. Drink a lot of water as your muscles grow faster wen they start retaining water.
    7. Eat 6-8 small meals per day.

    You will Achieve the body You want in 3-4 months. Dont expect a overnight magic.
    And please maintain the correct posture for your exercise or you can hurt urself.
    Keep changing the exercises you choose after every two weeks as u hav to increase ur muscle, not ur stamina.
    Do some stretching exercises before hitting weights it will prevent ur body frm getting hurt. U cn do them as warmup exercises
