You really don’t need all that stuff, you can use a combo of Animal Pump and animal pak and maybe some walmart creatine or zma before bed all for $50 or so a month look for bargains online, if u wanna spend some more then No xplode + walmart multivitamin +glutamine b4 bed about $70 for a month n a half

its maltodextrin …
its maltodextrin which is a simple sugar that will spike your insulin post workout to increase your gains and send the creatine (and other products) straight into your muscles. It is high in sugar yes, but that is the way it was designed.

honestly, I mean im really bulking up good, and strength has gone up too. It seems that my appetite has increased also. I just do not understand how people say that celltech is just sugar and creatine when I have used dextrose and creatine for months now,and as soon as I jumped on celltech it was like a completely differant animal. I AM NOT on steroids n have NEVER had acne, but after using celltech my skin is oiler and small pimples come up on my back and shoulders,ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS w ctech?
