Aspartame causes …
Aspartame causes cancer in rats when you give them the equivalent of 60 cans of diet soda per day. In humans it’s perfectly safe. Between this and you actually thinking arginine and tribulus do anything, sounds like you believe in a good amount of supplement voodoo.

The yellow whey on …
The yellow whey on the right = NO NO.
I think it’s by the same people who make the Serious Mass range. Which tastes like CONCRETE. The scoop was HUGE, and mega thick.
CNP and Reflex are cheaper and better when it comes to whey.

If you eat normally …
If you eat normally, you’ll gain.
However, if you are doing that, try upping the amount of scoops you’re using. And to answer your question head on, it may be due to him increasing in reps (Increasing muscle endurance) – and I am uming you work out far less than he does, in a week and that in itself is important – however, he might just be alot skinnier than you, and probably does alot of cardio – which is common to see.
P.S – Some foods have more protein than you think.

Berner you need to …
Berner you need to stop being so easy.
Genetics plays a part, but don’t even listen to that silly excuse.
Don’t just drink Protein Shakes after your workout, and leave it at that, and work out maybe once a week – That is amateurish.
Before you work out, eat alot of Carbs, and allow yourself to settle for atleast half an hour, then after working out, drink the shake. Make sure you eat other things too – Don’t just ume that you’ve taken in enough because of the shake – continued.

Hey thanks for the …
Hey thanks for the vid, very informative stuff. One thing that’s been boggling my mind is that my roomate doesn’t take any protein supplimentation, or any suppliments at all. He does kettle bell workouts and strength trains at home. I go to the gym and lift heavy and I’m only interested in putting on muscle for esthetics. Why is it that he puts on muscle and gets cut and manages to build a great physique without taking in a whole lot of natural protein in his diet?
