    Oh yea i forgot to add it in the video but the amplified wheybolic extreme 60 is probably one of the best tasting proteins I’ve tried by far. Its soo easy to drink. Makes you want to drink more. Tastes like nesquick man! Bringing back old memories!

    Any good quality whey-protein is good and it doesnt have to be the expensive one in the lot to be effective, i use musashi bulk powder which i think is australian, 4 scoops 3 daily, i take 2 scoops with low-fat milk 6 day including a 3am shake, keep ur shakes spread out thru out the day, key is continous supply of protein to the body as it needs it, whatever the body doesnt process goes straight thru ur system ;)
