Yes, BSN Syntha 6 includes the same types of protein – it’s a little higher in carbs than the Myo, but if on a bulk or looking for a meal replacement…you could swap the two over

The reflex has a good solid taste & is quite sweet, some more than others depending on which flavour you got.
I would say consistency wise they are a little thinner than the Myofusion but obviously they have slightly greater choice in flavours with Chocolate Mint being very popular.
There’s no real need to stick with just one flavour for all time and I would advise finding a couple you really like and just alternating between them as anything can become boring after too long

I tried both those and for me, they have a horrible after-taste despite smelling pretty good. But I agree it’s cheap and does the job!

Your best options are those that are jus Whey based and do not contain carbohydrates.
The top runners to look at would be:
- Gaspari Myofusion
- Boditronics Express Whey
- Reflex Instant Whey
All high quality whey based proteins are a good aid to fat loss when incorporated into a high protein diet which totals around 6 intakes per day (two of which can be shakes).
These shakes are best utilised Post-Workout and then either mid morning or Pre-Workout.
