MMA Fighter Supplements

After reading a bit more on The Primal Diet, I decided to explain further my understanding of the concept. I then went further to describe what I’m doing to cut caffeine down to a minimum with a couple different alternatives. I ended with a short list and description of the supplements I am taking.
