Do you use YouTube to look for supplement reviews on products you’re thinking of taking? Or maybe you put reviews up yourself and want some tips on how to be more effective. Try to stay away from basing reviews on arbitrary opinions such as pump, energy and focus. Instead I’d suggest focusing more on ingredient profiles.

All too often we look for the quick fix. Ever wonder what supplements should or could you be taking to take you to that next level? Well if that’s your train of thought you’re doing yourself a huge disservice. While supplements can aid in your goals, they shouldn’t be your primary focus. Don’t stray too far from proper nutrition and a good routine. These supplements aren’t the ones putting in the hard work day in and day you… YOU ARE. Don’t sell yourself short and don’t over rely on supplements to see the gains you want.
