Only works if Raiden is playing against Elizabeth, when Raiden does his Super at any time against her, Elizabeth becomes handcuffed and is locked in an infinite glitch stun. Raiden can punch her out of it with a few moves, but otherwise can glitch the timeout win.

This will 100% happen in all game modes and is confirmed on both Xbox 360 and PS3. LOL
