When you start getting back in shape, you will naturally start researching what can give you that edge to make it happen. If you are anything like me, you are probably overwhelmed with the amount of products and supplements on the market. Each product claims to get amazing results fast, but how can you know what to take?
In this video I give my honest opinion on supplements that have worked for me personally. I don’t think you need a lot of supplements to be successful in the gym. Too many people give credit to all of their supplements when it is actually the hard work they are putting in at the gym.
The trick is to try supplements one at a time, and see which supplements are working for you. If you can feel a difference in stamina, strength, energy, etc. Then stick with it. If you can’t tell a difference, leave it alone. Don’t waste your money!
I believe all you need is:
Whey Protein
Multivitamin
glucosamine
Creatine Monohydrate
Pre-Workout Energy Drink (like Jack3d)

Try to stay away from basing reviews on arbitrary opinions such as pump, energy and focus. Instead I’d suggest focusing more on ingredient profiles.
